Who We Are
Project-31 Housing CIC is a social housing organisation dedicated to tackling youth homelessness through safe accommodation, structured support, and pathways to independence. We support young people aged 16–25 who may be leaving care, sofa-surfing, fleeing unsafe or exploitative environments, rough sleeping, or at risk of homelessness.

"Our work is rooted in the belief that every young person deserves a safe place to live and the opportunity to build a meaningful, independent future. We exist to provide stability at a critical point in a young person’s life and to support them to move forward with dignity and confidence."

Our Vision and Ethos

Compassionate Independence

Our Vision

Our vision is a society where no young person is left without support, opportunity, or a place to call home. We aim to be recognised as a trusted, values-led supported housing provider that delivers high-quality services grounded in compassion, inclusion, and social justice. We strive to create environments where young people feel safe, respected, and empowered, and where support is delivered in a way that promotes independence rather than dependency.

Our Ethos

Our ethos is built on compassion, empowerment, equality, and community inclusion. We work alongside young people, recognising them as individuals with strengths, resilience, and potential. We believe in co-production, ensuring young people are actively involved in shaping their support and their future.

Our Team & Partnerships

Our Dedicated Support Team

Our team brings experience across youth homelessness, supported housing, trauma-informed practice, mental health, safeguarding, and life-skills development. We work closely with local authorities, education providers, voluntary organisations, and a CQC-registered sister organisation, enabling effective signposting to regulated care or specialist support where required.
