If you are a young person aged 16–25 who is homeless or at risk of homelessness, Project-31 Housing CIC may be able to help. We aim to make accessing support as simple, respectful, and supportive as possible.
Referrals
We accept referrals from:
Local authority housing and homelessness teams
Leaving care and children’s services
Youth offending services
Homelessness charities and partner organisations
Self-referrals may be considered depending on capacity and suitability.
Our Referral Process
Referrals are reviewed promptly. We carry out an assessment of needs and risks to ensure placements are safe and appropriate, and we work collaboratively with referrers throughout the process.
